  • Does Meaningful Beauty have a money-back guarantee?

    Yes! If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less S&H)—even if the containers are empty. Any free gifts you receive are yours to keep!

  • How does auto-delivery work?

    A subscription or “auto-delivery” is a simple way to ensure you get the products you want, when you want them. Your favorite Meaningful Beauty products automatically ship to your door. You can also reschedule, customize or cancel at any time.

  • How does my subscription work?

    For Systems: One month after your introductory system ships, you'll receive your full-sized system every three months.

    For Single products: Conveniently ships to your door every three months.

    For systems and single products, you can manage your subscription online through our dedicated member site and save even more when you add additional products to your shipment. There's absolutely no commitment, cancel anytime or postpone shipments so your favorite products arrive right when you need them.

  • What is customization?

    Get only the products you want, when you want them. Your subscription is completely flexible. Create a kit with as few as three products or as many as 15 products. The choice is yours. You can also change the number of items in your kit anytime with ease within our member website or by calling customer service.

  • Are you able to ship internationally?

    Meaningful Beauty does not ship outside of the United States and its territories.

  • How do I return my products?

    With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (less S&H). Please include a copy of your invoice in the package and send it to the following address:

    We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received, please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

  • How can I change my order?

    To make changes to any newly created orders, please contact customer service. For changes to an existing subscription, click here.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription anytime by accessing our online chat feature or contacting customer service.
