How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. We will ship you a new kit every 12 weeks if you don't change your shipment interval. It's entirely up to you. Contact Customer Service to manage your shipping frequency.

Can I add items to my next shipment?

Yes, you can add new products to your kit anytime, after receiving your introductory kit. Simply shop for the product you want and select the "add to kit" button. The item will be included in your next shipment. If you want the product immediately, you can order using the "buy it now" button or you can select the "ship now" button to have the entire kit including the new product sent to you. How do I return my products?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Please include a copy of your invoice in the package and send it to the following address:

We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received, please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can make changes online by going to the "My Account" tab and selecting "My Next Kit". If you'd like to cancel any future orders, you can do so by contacting Customer Service.

If I choose "ship now," am I changing my frequency?

No. The "ship now" option applies only to your next Home Delivery Program shipment. This option is helpful if you plan to be out of town when your next shipment is due to arrive, or if you run out of your products early. We will adjust future shipment dates to accommodate your single early shipment, but your regular shipping frequency will not change. Your next shipment date will be recalculated based on this Ship Now transaction.

How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

The standard shipping frequency is 12 weeks for each kit. You may adjust this frequency up or down to suit your individual usage, between 4 and 20 weeks.
